About the Role
We are a professional insurance agency seeking a candidate who is ready to develop in a structured, career-oriented environment. This role focuses on outbound calling, scheduling conversations for licensed professionals, and supporting customer outreach efforts.
This is not a sit-and-wait position — we’re looking for someone who wants to grow, learn, and take ownership of their development.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to new leads & existing policyholders
- Follow an organized call list and daily schedule
- Explain the purpose of the call and transfer to a licensed team member
- Document call results accurately in our system
- Participate in weekly coaching and skill development
- Request referrals and reviews when appropriate

Professional Development

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Steady attendance record
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to pursue licensing with guidance
- Insurance experience is not required — we train the right person.
Compensation & Growth
- Hourly base pay
- Monthly bonuses for appointment targets

Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Friday : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- In-office only (not remote)

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
